Collecting data

Once you have identified all the studies to be included in your review, the next step is to collect all the data you will need from each study. This presentation gives guidance on how to go about collecting data, and what kinds of data you might need to collect.

These templates have been developed by the Cochrane Editorial Resources Committee, and can be adapted to suit your Cochrane review. Note that many other examples are available - ask your Cochrane Review Group, or authors of other reviews in your field.
