Occupational health and safety professionals advise employers, employees and policy makers. However, research shows that the quality of expert advice widely varies.

In this course, participants will learn how they can improve the quality of their advice by reformulating clients’ questions into better answerable questions, understanding the limitations in answering these questions and using research, especially systematic reviews to answer these questions.
