A primer to Cochrane diagnostic test accuracy reviews

This is a recording of the Cochrane Canada Webinar with Dr. Mariska Leeflang, Co-Convenor of the Cochrane Screening and Diagnostic Tests Methods Group and a member of the Cochrane Diagnostic Test Accuracy Working Group.

This webinar discusses diagnostic tests in the context of evidence-based medicine and introduces diagnostic accuracy tests as most common sources of evidence. It explains the role of test in a diagnostic pathway and how diagnostic test accuracy is studied. Key steps of a diagnostic test accuracy review are presented.
