Co-publication of Cochrane Reviews in journals other than Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR) is sometimes pursued with the aim of achieving the widest possible dissemination and impact of review findings. However, co-publication can be a sensitive issue and therefore the Cochrane Editorial Unit has prepared detailed instructions on how to co-publish a Cochrane Review.

This resource introduces the concept of co-publication, explains the requirements for co-publication, and addresses different scenarios related to the co-publication policy. A set of documents is provided to guide the authors through this process.
