Cochrane Handbook

The Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions is the official guide that describes in detail the process of preparing and maintaining Cochrane systematic reviews on the effects of healthcare interventions.


Cochrane Interactive Learning

Module 3: Searching for studies

Part of the Cochrane Interactive Learning course on Conducting an Intervention Review, this module covers the importance of a rigorous and systematic approach to searching for studies. In this module you will learn how to plan and design a search, choose sources for identifying published and unpublished studies, and how to manage and report the process. Cochrane Information Specialist's Handbook

This online resource is for Cochrane Information Specialists (CIS) and includes chapters on the role of CISs, specialized registers, the Cochrane Register of Studies, handsearching, author support, communication, professional development, PICO annotation, and other topics.


Cochrane Information Specialist's Support

CIS Support provides induction training, ongoing training, and support to all Cochrane Information Specialist (CISs) in all aspects of their role within a Cochrane Group.
