Cochrane’s new Focused Review Format launched in August 2023. One of the main drivers of this change was to simplify reporting for authors and to help achieve this. We have created a new template for intervention reviews to guide authors on what to report and where. This template contains essential guidance on conducting a review and reporting the findings.
In this web clinic, Ella Flemyng (Head of Editorial Policy and Research Integrity) and Rachel Richardson (Methods Support Unit Manager) will introduce the template, talk through key features, and give recommendations for its use.
