A Specialised Register contains reports of controlled trials within the scope of a Review Group or Field. The development and management of a Specialised Register is one of the core functions of a Cochrane Review Group.

Cochrane has a software program called the Cochrane Register of Studies (CRS) that lets you develop and maintain Specialised Registers, and publish records to the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL).
