Help with using the CRS is available from within the CRS itself, by clicking on “Help” in the top right hand corner of the toolbar.
Guidance on how to format records according to HarmoniSR is also available from within the CRS, click on “Guidance” within any CRS record for an explanation of what data should go into each field.
There are help videos, quick reference PDFs and videoas of webinars available on the CIS Portal for many CRS features.
Users can suggest new features by clicking on “Ideas” in the toolbar, and submitting new features for consideration. Once a suggestion is submitted, CRS users can vote to determine the demand for the feature.
